Flat concrete surfaces
This is how much we usually charge for something, but if it is very small, or large, we will adjust accordingly, and this is for all concrete surfaces you need clean.

siding, decks, fencing (wood)
This is the rate for the wood articles, as it's most likely a smaller portion to clean, and more intricate than a driveway, but like before, this can be changed depending on size.

Minimum Rate
This is our minimum rate to come out as we are busy, but if you are extremely close to us, we will change this due to the proximity of the travel, but this is mainly due for the gas of our items, and our vehicles that we use to get to your home.
